1. Who processes the data

The operator’s postal address is not published on this site. It is provided to the data subject and to the competent authority on a written request sent to that email.

2. What data we receive

Through the contact form: name, email address, and message text.

Technical data when you visit the site: IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed, and the referral source. Yandex Metrica (including session replay), Google Analytics, and Google Ads collect this only after you accept cookies.

A hashboard serial number on the board-check page is not personal data by itself. If you include it in a message together with your name or email, it is processed as part of that request.

3. Why we process it

To reply to your message and continue the correspondence.

To understand how the site is used and to improve it.

To measure our own advertising campaigns and their effectiveness. This site does not display ads.

We do not sell personal data and do not use contact-form messages for marketing you did not separately subscribe to.

4. Legal basis

Contact-form submissions are based on your consent: the checkbox before you send the message.

Analytics cookies are based on consent in the banner. Until you click Accept, we do not load Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics, or Google Ads. Decline stores only your choice and does not load counters.

You can change the choice in the site footer: Cookie settings.

5. How we process data and who receives it

The form opens a message to hello@asic.repair. We read and keep it so we can reply.

Counters send technical data to Yandex and Google. Those companies process data under their own rules and may do so outside Russia.

We do not share data with anyone else except where the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

Contact-form correspondence is kept while it is needed to reply and follow up, then deleted.

Analytics data is kept for the retention periods set in Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.

Your cookie choice is stored in your browser (localStorage) until you change it.

7. Your rights

You may request information about the processing of your data, correction, restriction, or deletion, and you may withdraw consent. Write to hello@asic.repair from the email address you used in the request.

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place before the withdrawal.

8. Changes

The current version is always on this page. If we materially change the purposes or the categories of data, we will update the text.
